 Agarbatti Packing Machine - Its a Plc operated machine with Touch screen HMI the pouch formation filling and sealing is an automatic process. The sticks are fed in the feeder in the horizontal direction and gently fed in the Stacker or Rotary slotted wheel depending upon the dimensions and the thickness of the stick the individual sticks are picked by the slotted wheel and are dispensed in the tray mounted with a precision laser sensor for counting the sticks the sensor communicates with the Plc and automatically on specified count halts the feeding and seals the pouch. The speed of the machine varies in accordance to the number of sticks to be packed and the number of counts can be fed in the HMI as per the requirement.
